2019-20 School Year 

Fall:  Sept. 10 - Dec 10, 2019

Spring:  Jan. 7 - Apr. 21, 2020
(There will be no classes on Nov. 26, 2019 due to Thanksgiving and Mar. 31, 2020 due to Spring Break.)

 

  • A 28 week school year held on Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
     
  • For home-educated students who are in 6-12th grade
     
  • Akron Fossils and Science Center (Get Directions)
     
  • Per student costs:  $895

 

  • Our science lessons include hands-on learning and take-home assignments.

 

  • A minimum of 10 participants is suggested for each class. If the minimum is not met, the class may be cancelled at the discretion of the instructor.

 

  • Class rotations max out at 18 students.  Please secure your spot early.  Since our classes max out at times, all registrations are final.  No refunds will be given and full payment of the classes will be required even if a drop out occurs.

 

  • A $100 deposit is required to register for the class.  A payment plan is available for the remainder of the balance.  Up to seven monthly payments can be made.

 


 

Payment

The payment can be made with a credit card over the telephone by calling the Science Center at 330-665-DINO (3466) during our office hours Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or by making a payment in person at the Science Center. We accept cash, check, and most credit and debt cards.
