We have several staffing needs. We are looking for individuals with an interest in creation science, who enjoy working with people (especially children), and/or have skills/interest in marketing, computers, or fundraising.

  Thank You Grande Parade Volunteers
   July 11, 2009 –  Old Canal Days Festival, Canal Fulton, Ohio

Thank you volunteers for braving the rain and for passing out hundreds of Dino Dollar coupons to the parade watchers at the Old Canal Days Festival Grande Parade. We couldn’t have pulled it off without you!

Also a special thanks goes to Jeremy Graber of EnviroCellular. Jeremy helped walk in the parade with us and is the driving force behind our cell phone recycling fundraiser!

A special thank you to all of our volunteers at the Blue Tip Parade. With your help we were able to pass out over 2,000 Dino Dollar coupons!

As usual, our dinosaur float received many raving compliments, especially from the kids! We consistently heard parade watchers say things like, "I drive by your museum frequently... I'll have to stop in sometime now that I have a coupon to remind me."

Look for our dinosaur float again next year and please contact us if you are interested in helping to walk in other parades.

We have several unsold items from our annual Silent Auction in November that we would like to sell on Ebay. If you have experience using Ebay, or would like to learn how to sell on Ebay and volunteer for the Science Center at the same time, please contact us via the Volunteer Form at the bottom of this page.
