Sanderson Hall
This private room seats up to 40 people in your choice of chairs or picnic tables. A 6’ x 6’ screen for displaying transparencies or PowerPoint slides is available as well as a secure wireless internet connection. Additional tables can be set up for snacks and crafts. The Science Center will provide coffee for your guests. This room is air conditioned in the summer!

Dinosaur Safari Lobby
This rooms seats up to 20 people with your choice of picnic tables or chairs and is available for meetings and private parties. The lobby is equipped with a fossil dig pit filled with sand for youngsters and a countertop for serving snacks and beverages. A 6’ x 6’ screen for displaying transparencies or PowerPoint slides is available as well as a secure wireless internet connection.  The Science Center will provide coffee for your guests. This room is not a private room during the museum’s normal business hours.

Mad Scientist Lab Classroom
This room seats up to 12 people at picnic tables and is available for meetings and private parties. This room is equipped with a countertop and sink for serving snacks and beverages and cleaning up after crafts. The Science Center will provide coffee for your guests. Secure wireless internet is also available in this room.

Nonprofit organizations will receive a 15% discount off indoor facility fees . Discounts do not apply to admission fees or extras.

Deposit
A $30 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your meeting of any size. The deposit can be made with a credit cad over the telephone calling the Science Center during our office hours Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or by making a payment in person at the Science Center (we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. No American Express).

You can also pay your deposit by using our secure PayPal shopping cart by clicking on the "Buy Now" button below.

The remainder of your meeting fee can be paid by cash, check or credit card on the day of your meeting.
