Niagara Falls Guided Tour

There are 2 ways to use this form:

2.) To Register
You must include the following to register:

1. Your contact information must include your name, cell phone number, email address and mailing address (please include the cell phone number to the phone that you will have with you during the tour).
2. Number of registrants and their ages.
3. Type of registration (i.e. an individual or family registration for a museum member or non-member).
4. Method of payment (cash, check or credit card).
5. Number of additional tour booklets (1 booklet is included in each individual registration and 4 booklets with a family registration).
6. Specifiy when you would like to receive your tour booklet(s). Option 1: Pick up your booklet(s) at the Science Center the week before the trip. Option 2: Receive your booklet(s) when the tour starts on May 21st.
